Marketing Communications Manager

The role reports to the Director of Corporate Communications and will help build brand awareness and drive employee engagement by supporting a comprehensive marketing and communications program.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing communications strategies aligned with business objectives
- Manage internal communications programs including employee newsletters, intranet content, and executive communications
- Own digital presence across website, social media, and digital marketing channels
- Maintain brand consistency across all communications channels and materials, working closely with marketing leaders across Filtration Group’s family of business units
- Create compelling content for multiple platforms and audiences, highlighting the company mission, culture and innovative product portfolio
- Track and report on communications metrics and ROI
- Collaborate with stakeholders across departments and regions
- Manage vendor relationships for marketing communications tech stack
- Support internal event planning and execution for both virtual and in-person events
- Ability to travel preferred (no more than 10%)
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, or related field
- 5+ years of marketing communications experience
- Proven expertise in digital marketing, website management, and social media
- Strong project management and organizational skills
- Excellent writing and editing abilities
- Experience managing multiple priorities in fast-paced environments
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and digital marketing tools
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in industrial, life science, or B2B marketing
- Knowledge of content management systems and analytics tools
- Experience managing a digital workplace
- Experience in a CRM such as Salesforce.com or similar
- Global business experience
- Simple graphic design acumen
